Oat blend (whole grain oats, oat bran), brown sugar, sugar, natural flavors, sea salt, maple sugar.
Suggested Use
Stovetop
- Bring 2/3 cup water to a boil.
- Add oats, reduce heat to medium low and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 2-3 minutes. If desired, add 1 Tbsp hot water to adjust texture to taste. Stir well before eating.
Boiling Water
- Place oats in a heatproof bowl and add 1/2 cup boiling water.
- Stir, cover and let stand for 3-5 minutes. If desired, add 1 Tbsp hot water to adjust texture to taste. Stir well before eating.
Microwave
- Place oats in a microwave- safe bowl and add 1/2 cup water.
- Stir, cover and microwave on high for 1- 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Let stand for 30-60 seconds. If desired, add 1 Tbsp hot water to adjust texture to taste. Stir well before eating
Bowl and contents will be hot. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking time as needed.
