Capsule (hypromellose, purified water), vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Free of milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame.

Also free of corn, gluten, barley, rice, sodium and sugar.

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take four capsules once daily before and/or after exercise, preferably on an empty stomach or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
