Suggested Use
General Cooking Instructions: Carefully sort beans and rinse thoroughly, Soak overnight in refrigerator. Rinse and place in large pot, cover with fresh water. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for one hour or until tender.
1 cup dry beans yields 2-2 1/2 cups cooked beans.
