Suggested Use
Drink 1 cup of tea, twice daily. After desired results have been attained, drink 1 cup of tea daily for maintenance. Use 2 teaspoons (4g) of dried tea to one cup (250 ml/8 oz.) of water. Take with food to minimize gastric disturbances.
