Saline solution (water and sodium chloride), xylitol, propolis extract, citric acid, poly-epsilon lysine, nisin.

Suggested Use

Squeeze twice in one nostril as needed. Blow your nose very gently to clear the mucus out. Repeat for the other nostril.

Safe for daily use: Non habit-forming and can be used as often as needed, day or night, to cleanse sinuses and nasal passages.
