Our pores are essentially pathways that sebum uses to reach the surface of our skin. When dead skin cells and surplus sebum clog these pathways, pores tend to enlarge. Proper pore care involves clearing away the built-up dead skin cells and sebum, followed by cooling the skin.

For this initial phase of skincare – pore and exfoliation care – we have harnessed ingredients from Earth, the cradle of our origin. Historically cherished red beans and kaolin have been chosen as key constituents. Kaolin effectively absorbs sebum, while red bean extract and powder assist in exfoliation and skin texture refinement.

Moist Clay Texture

The moisturizing soft mud formulation helps to absorb sebum and remove wastes without dryness or tightness. At the same time, it provides a refreshing cooling feeling.

Red bean has been an important herbal ingredient throughout Korean history as well as a beloved skin care ingredient. Women of Joseon, who emphasized skin care that creates clear and clean skin, used mung beans and red beans ground together to wash their faces. The rich saponin in red beans helps with the adsorption of sebum and acts as a natural exfoliant.

Suggested Use

After cleansing, apply onto a dry face avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.
