Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), citric acid, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) oil, menthol, citrus reticulata (mandarin) oil, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) leaf oil, polysorbate 80, aqua (water).

Suggested Use

Turn your shower on, allowing it to get steamy. Place the shower steamer on the floor off to the side or on a ledge out of the direct stream of water (do not place in direct stream or the tablet may dissolve too fast and can be too intense). Splash water on the tablet to activate. Breathe deep and enjoy!
