Mannitol, citric acid, soy lecithin, organic natural flavors, sodium bicarbonate, stevia leaf extract.

Suggested Use

Start with a loading phase of 5-7 days (3-4 packets/day) and follow with a maintenance phase (1 packet/day). Pour contents of one packet in up to 16 fl oz (480mL) of water, stir or shake and consume after thoroughly mixed.
