Suggested Use

Bath soak: Add 2 cups (about 1/2 of bag) to tub of warm (not hot) water. Soak for at least 15-20 minutes to soothe yourself and soften skin. 

Foot soak: Add 1 cup (about 1/4 of bag) to tub of warm (not hot) water. Soak for at least 15-20 minutes to soothe yourself and soften skin.
