Ingredients

Organic yellow popcorn.

Suggested Use

Microwave instructions 

Yields 4 Cups Popped 

  • 1/4 cup arrowhead mills® yellow popcorn 
  1. Pour popcorn kernels into a medium sized  microwave safe bowl. 
  2. Cover with a microwave safe lid or paper plate. 
  3. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until popping slows to once every 3 seconds. 
  4. Let stand For 1 minute. Remove from microwave and season as desired.

Stove top instructions 

Yields 4 Cups Popped

  • 1/4 Cup arrowhead mills® yellow popcorn 
  • 1 - 3 qt saucepan with cover cups popped 
  • 3 tbsps canola or coconut oil 
  • 2 tbsps melted butter (optional) salt to taste 
  1. Heat oil in pan over high heat, add 3 kernels and place a lid on tight. When kernels have popped, add the rest of the kernels in an even layer. 
  2. Cover with lid and cook over low heat. 
  3. Keep covered for 30 seconds or until all kernels have popped. When rapid popping has slowed to almost nothing, remove from heat. 
  4. Transfer to a medium bowl, toss popcorn with melted butter and salt.

Popcorn Balls 

Yields 16 Balls

  •  1 cup honey 
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional) 
  • 1 tbsp butter 
  • 8 cups popped Corn 
  1. In a medium saucepan, add honey and water. Cook over medium high heat until honey mixture reaches 300'F. Remove from heat and stir in salt and butter until dissolved.
  2. In a large bowl, place popped popcorn and pour honey mit over popcorn. Stir to coat popcorn entirely. 
  3. Spray a large cookie scoop or spoon with non stick spray and scoop popcorn into ball shapes. Place popcorn balls on parchment paper and allow to cool.
