Organic oat flour, organic tapioca flour, leavening (calcium phosphate, baking soda, corn starch), salt, organic natural flavors, baking soda.
Suggested Use
Pancake & Waffle Instructions
Pancakes (4") - Makes about 6 Pancakes
- 1/4 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Oat Flour Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 Egg Beaten, or Egg Substitute
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Sugar (optional)
Preheat griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375ºF.
Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
Scoop pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 /2 minutes on each side.
Waffles (6") - Makes about 2 Waffles
- 3/4 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Oat Flour Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 Egg Beaten, or Egg Substitute
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Sugar (optional)
Preheat waffle iron.
Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
Bake batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
Tips and Tricks:
For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid.
