Organic wheat flour, organic whole grain corn flour, organic whole grain wheat flour, organic cans sugar, leavening (calcium phosphate, baking soda, corn starch), organic brown rice flour, organic rye flour, baking soda, salt.

Suggested Use

Pancake & Waffle Instructions 

Pancakes (4") - Make about 6 Pancakes

  • 1/4 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Multigrain Pancake & Waffle Mix 
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 /4 Cup Milk or Water

Preheat griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375ºF. 

Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking. 

Scoop pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side. 

Waffles (6") - Makes about 2 Waffles

3/4 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Multigrain Pancake & Waffle Mix 

  • 1 Egg Beaten, or Egg Substitute 
  • 1 Tbsp Oil 
  • 1 Tbsp Honey 
  • 2/3 Cup Milk or Water

Preheat waffle iron. 

Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking. 

Bake batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.

Tips and Tricks: 

For fluffier pancakes, reduce milk or water to 1/2 cup and add an egg.
