Suggested Use

Basic Chickpeas

  • 1 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Chickpeas
  • 4 Cups water
  1. Rinse and sort chickpeas. Place chickpeas in a covered pan with water.
  2. Let soak overnight.
  3. Change water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 hours or to desired tenderness.

Yields 2 Cups Cooked
