Suggested Use

Gains Candy S7® can be taken in the following ways: 

• On Its Own: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules 15-30 minutes before you work out. You may take up to 4 capsules for even greater nitric oxide production and better pumps. 
• With Any SuperHuman Pre-Workout: As dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules with any of SuperHuman Pre-Workouts 15-30 minutes before you work out.
