Suggested Use

Take 2 tablets daily after breakfast (1st meal of the day). Take a few hours before or after other medications. Stay well hydrated. Do not exceed 2 tablets within 24 hours. Avoid taking at bedtime.

Warnings

For adult (males) use only. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. Use for at least 1 month to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, kidney/liver disorder, or any type of acute infection, or history of non-melanoma skin cancer/iron deficiency/cystinuria. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking digoxin, antidepressant medications, nitroglycerin, antibiotics, or medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and protect from heat, light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if inner seal is broken. 

Contra-Indications: Do not use this product in cases of yin deficiency with heat signs, heat excess, or in the absence of significant qi deficiency. Do not use this product if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. 

Known Adverse Reactions: People sensitive to Vitamin B3 (Niacin/Nicotinic Acid) may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Stop use if you experience insomnia, anxiety or headaches. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion.
