Suggested Use
Mix 1 scoop (7 g) with 180 to 240 ml of water per serving immediately before consumption. Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.

Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if those symptoms occur. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of direct sunlight. Do not use if inner seal is broken.
