Inositol is a polyol (sugar alcohol) that is naturally produced in the body via the liver and kidneys and can also be found in foods such as fruits, beans, grains, and nuts. A 40:1 ratio of Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol is considered to be the preferred supplemental form of Inositol. Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ), also called methoxatin, is a redox cofactor and antioxidant.

Suggested Use
