Natural flavors, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, color (caramel).

Suggested Use

Mix 1 heaped scoop (13 g) with 6-8 oz of cold water and consume 15 minutes prior to exercise.
