Cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, kelp. Contains <2% of: Gum acacia, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Contains 400 mg of magnesium oxide per tablet.

No added sugar, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. 

Suggested Use

As a mineral supplement, adults take two (2) tablets daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
