Spearmint, or Mentha Spicata, makes a refreshing, cooling, caffeine free infusion. The plant is a close cousin of Peppermint, though it has a more rapid growth cycle, stemless leaves and flower spikes which are narrow and pointed rather than thick and blunt. Spearmint grows well in nearly all climates.

Suggested Use

​​We recommend using mineral or spring water at 180ºF. Use one level teaspoon of leaf for eight ounces of water, and brew for five minutes.
