Suggested Use

Cook before consuming.

  1. Place 1 cup of NOW Real Food®Organic Sprouted Brown Rice with 2 1/2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Allow for mixture to reach a soft boil.
  3. Cover with tight-fitting lid and place on low heat for 45-50 minutes. 
  4. Uncover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff with fork and enjoy!
