Ingredients

Organic brown rice flour, water.

Suggested Use

Simple Stelline Soup 

Ingredients: 

  • 16 cups (128 oz.) chicken broth 
  • 12 oz. jovial Stelline
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 2-3 sprigs of thyme or 4-5 bay leaves (depending on which herb you prefer) 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Cooking Time: 10 minutes 

  • Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil. 
  • Add salt as desired. 
  • Cook pasta on high heat, stirring frequently. 
  • Test for doneness and drain.
  1. Bring chicken stock to a boil. 
  2. Add stelline directly into the chicken stock and cook for 10 minutes. 
  3. You can add your preference of herbs during the cooking process. But remove before serving. 
  4. Sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese and serve.
