100% pure fractionated coconut oil, peppermint oil, spearmint oil, clove oil, tea tree oil, cardamom oil, oregano oil, fennel oil, vitamin E, vitamin D, stevia, vitamin K2.

Suggested Use

Open one premixed Guru Nanda® Coco Mint pulling oil packet. Gently swish the oil between your teeth for at least 2 minutes. Once done, spit out the oil: Do not swallow.
