Unbleached wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, whey protein isolate, cane sugar, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda), contains 2% or less of: salt, potato starch, tapioca starch.
Contains: Milk and wheat.
Manufactured on equipment that also processes egg and soybean ingredients.
Suggested Use
5-6 Pancakes:
- 3/4 cup mix
- 2/3 cup water
15-18 Pancakes:
- Whole bag
- 2 1/3 cups
Tip: For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water; for thinner pancakes use slightly more water.
- MIX your ingredients until combined. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes.
- HEAT your pan over medium-high heat or turn your electric griddle to 375ºF.
- LIGHTLY OIL the pan or griddle.
- POUR or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle.
- COOK 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown.
Want Waffles?
- Mix 3/4 cup of mix, 2/3 cup of water, and I tbsp of oil.
- Mix until combined and let batter rest for 2 minutes. Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are golden brown.
