Almond flour, tapioca fiber, pea starch, erythritol, pea fiber, whey protein concentrate, dried whole eggs, tigernut flour, palm oil flakes (palm oil, natural butter flavor, beta carotene [for color]), dried egg whites, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda), contains 2% or less of: salt, xanthan gum.

Suggested Use

| 1/2 cup water | 1 cup water |
Tip: For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water; for thinner pancakes use slightly more water.
- Mix your ingredients until combined. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes.
- Heat your pan over medium-high heat or turn your electric griddle to 375ºF.
- Lightly Oil the pan or griddle.
- Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle.
- Cook 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown.
Want Waffles?
- Mix I cup of mix, 1/2 cup of water, and I tbsp of oil.
- Mix until combined and let batter rest for 2 minutes.
- Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are golden brown.
