White rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, oat flour, cane sugar, tapioca starch, dried buttermilk, leavening (calcium phosphate, baking soda), contains 2% or less of: salt, guar gum, natural flavor.

Suggested Use

| 3/4 cup mix | whole bag |
| 1/3 cup water | 1 1/4 cup water |
| Tip: For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water; for thinner pancakes use slightly more water. |
- Mix your ingredients until combined. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes.
- Heat your pan over medium-high heat or turn your electric griddle to 375ºF.
- Lightly Oil the pan or griddle.
- Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle.
- Cook 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown.
Want Waffles?
- Mix 3/4 cup of mix, 1/2 cup of water, and I tbsp of oil.
- Mix until combined and let batter rest for 2 minutes.
- Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are golden brown.
