Origin Blend 

Made only from the newly- sprouted buds of the tea plant. These buds have silvery white hair, or 'down,' that provide a smooth, honey texture to the brew. In making white tea, the buds are dried in direct sun with minimal oxidation, maintaining a high level of antioxidants.

High Grade Organic White

Although there are several types of white tea, we use only the highest grade of Silver Needles, a fine tea from Hunan, China, for this blend.

Calabria Bergamot

Reggio di Calabria in Southern Italy is the native growing area for Bergamot, or Citrus Bergamia. This area is famous for producing the essential oil popularly used in Earl Grey tea. The oil is also widely used for aromatherapy treatments and is known to have antiseptic and antibacterial properties.

Small Batch Blending

We blend the steam-distilled, organic Bergamot essential oil with organic white tea in small batches. This helps maintain an even flavor profile, often ignored in large mechanical processes.

Suggested Use

Brew one teaspoon of leaf in eight ounces of pure spring water at 175ºF for four minutes. Provides at least two infusions.
