Mannitol, natural flavors, cellulose (plant origin), beet root color, crospovidone, dextrose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, sucralose, silica.

No gluten, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial flavor, preservatives.

Suggested Use

For adults, take one (1) fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 tablet. Do not exceed recommended dose of 1 tablet per day. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
