Suggested Use

Daily serving size: 1 tea bag.

1 Cup Hot Tea: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212ºF) over 1 tea bag. Steep 3-4 minutes, let cool to desired temperature then sip & enjoy!

1 Glass Iced Tea: Steep 2 tea bags in 8 oz of boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Let cool, pour over ice, and refresh your day!
