Suggested Use

Brewing Instructions:

1 Cup Hot Tea: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212º F) over 1 tea bag. Steep 3-4 minutes, let cool to desired temperature then sip & enjoy! 

Brewing Tips: If desired, stir in sweetener (like honey or agave) while the tea is still warm. Adjust to taste.

Daily Serving Size: 1 tea bag.
