Suggested Use

For Best Results

• Apply magnesium oil with aloe vera to the bottom of your feet or massage directly into any sore area. 

Itchiness

• You may experience itchiness after initial use. This is normal and is due to low magnesium levels or salt residue. 
• The itchiness can be reduced by rinsing off the oil & salt residue. 

Skin Dryness

• Always apply a moisturizer after use.
