Essential Amino Acids (EAAs): These nine amino acids cannot be synthesized by the body and are therefore essential. They must be obtained through the diet.

Conditionally Essential Amino Acids: During extreme physical exertion, needs for these amino acids may outpace our ability to synthesize them, which makes them conditionally essential.

Non-Essential Amino Acids: Produced internally and obtained through the diet, these amino acids act as building blocks throughout the body.

Protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey protein isolate), cocoa (processed with alkali), contains 2% or less of natural and artificial flavors, cellulose gum, xanthan gum, salt, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin.

Suggested Use

Mix about one scoop (35g) of Whey Protein with 6-8 oz. (177-237 ml) of water, milk or your favorite beverage in a shaker cup or glass with spoon. Use before or after workouts, or as an anytime snack to add high-quality protein to your daily routine.
