Your Castor Oil Pack in 2 Easy Steps:

• Apply 1 tbsp. of Castor Oil (sold separately).
• Adjust the pack on your child's body.
• Wear for 1 hour.

Wash before first use (lie flat to dry). Replace every 2 months.
