Bread crumbs (bleached wheat flour, dextrose, salt, and yeast), whole egg solids, spices (including red pepper, thyme, and basil), onion, salt, and paprika.

Makes 5 servings.
You will need
- 1 pkg. OLD BAY® Salmon Classic®
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (14 3/4 oz.) salmon, drained, skin and bones removed, and flaked
*Or use 1 lb. fresh salmon, cooked and flaked.
1. Mix Salmon Classic and mayonnaise in large bowl. Add salmon; gently toss until well mixed.
2. Shape into 5 patties. Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until browned, turning once. Serve with McCormick® Tartar Sauce.
