Suggested Use

 As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules daily with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

The recommended dose of this product contains as much caffeine as about 2 cups of coffee. Do not consume more than 400 mg of caffeine from any source in a 24 hour period. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heart rates.
