Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop daily with 6-10 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
As a toothpaste: Add a small amount of Nutricost Activated Charcoal Powder onto a wet, clean toothbrush and brush like normal. After you're done, rinse well.
