Each serving provides the equivalent of 2,000 mg of a Berberine Ceylon Cinnamon Complex, which contains a 10:1 extract of Ceylon Cinnamon derived from the bark of the Cinnamomum verum tree, and Berberine HCl derived from Barberry Extract.

Suggested Use
