Suggested Use
Use only as directed. Take four (4) capsules daily with food. Some people may prefer, for optimal benefit, to take two (2) capsules in the morning and two (2) capsules in the evening with a meal.
Warnings
Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. If you are taking blood-thinning (anticoagulant) medications, use this product only under the direction of your physician.
