Natural Vitality CALM® is a highly absorbable proprietary formulation of pH-balanced Magnesium Citrate in ionic form (created from citric acid and magnesium carbonate), calcium gluconate, potassium citrate, ascorbic acid, boron citrate, cholecalciferol. 

Suggested Use

• Pour
• Fizz
• Mix
• Drink

For Adults: Individual needs may vary. Start out with approximately 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) daily and gradually increase to approximately 3 teaspoons (7.5 g) daily. For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food. 

For Fastest Preparation: Place powder in a glass or mug; add approx. 2-3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Vitality CALM® plus Calcium to a glass or bottle of cold water.
