Each serving of Wreckage contains approximately 310mg of caffeine, including 25 mg of time-release caffeine. 

Suggested Use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of Pro Series Wreckage in 12 fl. oz. of cold water and drink 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. Use in combination with an exercise training program and proper diet.
