For instance, fish oil is one of the richest food sources of two types of omega-3 fatty acids known as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Flax oil is rich in a different type of omega-3 known as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is converted to omega-3 fatty acids in the body. Suggested Use
