Natural flavors, citric acid, l-malic acid, stevia, beet root powder (for color), calcium silicate, silica.

Suggested Use

Gently shake the bottle before each use to loosen the powder as the product settles. Mix 1 scoop with 8-12 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference). For best results, use with a low-carb or ketogenic diet and an exercise program.

The recommended dose of this product contains as much caffeine as about 1 cup of coffee. Do not consume more than 400 mg of caffeine from any source in a 24 hour period. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heart rates. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
