Citric acid, natural flavor, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, tartaric acid, stevia (leaf) extract, sucralose, beta carotene (as color).

Suggested Use

Mix 1 scoop in 10-12 ounce of cold water. Consume 20-30 minutes before your workout.

Start with 1/2 scoop to asses tolerance.

Do not exceed more than 1 scoop per day.
