This product contains 388 mg of caffeine per serving. 

Suggested Use

Mix 1 scoop in 8-12 ounces of cold water. Consume 20-30 minutes before your workout. 

Start with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed more than 1 scoop per day.
