Black tea. 

Caffeine: 40-60 mg per cup. 

Suggested Use

Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one teaspoon for each cup of tea desired. Pour 212ºF water over the tea and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea leaves. Relax and enjoy.
