Medium chain triglycerides, mixed tocopherols (from sunflower), silicon dioxide. 

Suggested Use

Adults, as a dietary supplement, dispense product directly onto food. One (1) pump dispenses 10 mg of ubiquinol. Dispense ten (10) pumps for 100 mg of ubiquinol. 

Before using this pump for the first time, remove the cap and prime the pump by repeatedly pressing until liquid appears. Prime the pump over a sink or covered surface.
