Citric acid, natural flavor, silica, tartaric acid, steviol glycosides (rebaudioside a. rebaudioside m).

Total caffeine content per serving is: 150 mg.

Suggested Use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 15-20 oz of water and mix. Consume 20-30 minutes prior to endurance training. Add additional servings of Original G.1.M Sport for more carbohydrates and electrolytes to support your fueling needs. Original G.1.M Sport does not contain caffeine. 

Shake your bottle thoroughly as some ingredients may settle toward the bottom of the bottle.
