Suggested Use
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons (30g) on cereal, salads, or mix with your favorite foods. Use whole or grind the flaxseeds in a coffee grinder or similar appliance. Store extra ground product in an airtight container.
Reseal and refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 45 days after opening. May be resealed and frozen to extend shelf life.
